Discount Barcode Labels

Barcode Solutions is expanding the different size barcode labels this year to allow customers more options to choose from. We are also back on track expanding the barcode printers, barcode scanners and barcode software to allow small business to be able to print there own barcode labels inhouse.

With such a restriction in stock sizes available in Australia. We have been forced to import our own. Some brand new sizes will be available soon. These sizes should be standard here but for some reason they are difficult to find. Sizes like 30mm x 21mm, 30mm x 25mm, 40mm x 12mm, 40mm x 15mm and of course the most common size barcode label sizes 40mm x 28mm.

Not all products will accept this size label. In most cases it is way too big. The second reason why this size label is popular is most manufactured barcode label printers print at 203DPI. By choosing a printer that can only print this resolution restricts the sizes you can print so you are forced to use a larger label to fit the design. 300 DPI printers are generally 20% more expensive and offer a bit more flexibility in sizes you can use.
